Policies and What to Expect
I’m so excited to see you! Here are a few things to note before booking your appointment:
Nicoletta Esthetics is open by appointment only. Please book online here or contact me so I can get you on the books!
When booking your appointment, you will be asked to put a card number on file. This will NOT charge you. You will pay in full for your service at the end of your appointment.
Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment, especially if you are receiving a new service, in order to fill out the appropriate intake and consent forms.
If you are 15 minutes or later for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 20% of your service total and I will not be able to perform your service at that time. This ensures that I am able to give each guest my undivided attention during their appointment. We will work together to set a new appointment for you!
If you are running a few minutes late, please contact me to let me know!
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason, you are able to do so on your own through the scheduling link you received when booking, up to 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. In case of an unforeseen emergency where it is not possible to contact me in this timeframe, please let me know you need to cancel or reschedule when you can!
If you do not show up for your appointment and do not contact me that you are unable to make it, you will be charged 50% of your total service cost.
